Completed Week One of P90X

It was tough. But I think I can work harder this coming week now that I know what to expect. Today I didn’t do too well with dinner. Fatty oils and carbs, but it was amazing and I was excited to have it. I also indulged in a fabulous glass of white wine. So this coming weekend I’ll make sure to only have a glass or two as well (Memorial Day weekend)

As far as the cheating on noms go. I have not been following the meal plan to a T. I’ve just been cutting out junk. Eating at certain times of days and eating more veggies and proteins. Also cutting carbs a lot. No candy or cakes or anything. So far so good.

Tomorrow is round two of shoulders and back so that should be fun. I’m also going to try and sneak in a 3 mile run. Hopefully the rain isn’t too bad tomorrow.

Ouch.

89 days left. 

Did the Shoulders & Back, Ab Ripper X yesterday and my shoulders and abs are burning. I sneezed today and thought I was going to die. So I guess that’s good.

The nutrition plan is really hard to keep up with. It’s very pricey and I have no money to spend on all the extra protein. I’d be cool to see if people are doing other things instead or maybe not even following the meal plan?

Ah well, today we have plyometrics. Yay.

Why are we doing the P90X

Not to lose weight. But to challenge ourselves and see if we actually can. Also, toning up is ideal :)

We are not going to follow the meal plan very strictly, If we still feel slothy after 30 days, we’ll jump on the nutrition plan. Anyway.
